David Gerard West

On May 23, 2019, after stopping for a red light at Webb Way on PCH, a David West slammed his car into the rear end of the vehicle I was in.  He, then, continued to follow me for miles down PCH. To this day there is neck instability and pain due to that collision. At the time, Mr. West lived on A Street in Oxnard right next door to the Reardon Funeral Home, owned by the same people as the apartments he was staying in. I had stopped in at the funeral home four days earlier to say good-bye to a  deceased person. Mr. West's insurer was Farmers Insurance.  Before and during litigation three different attorneys with three different law firms, working for Farmers Insurance, demonstrated disregard for the privacy rights of my medical information. The Ventura County Health Care Agency repeatedly disregarded the privacy laws and my expressed objections to disclosing my information in deference to Farmers Insurance and their attorneys.
